WHOLESALE SALES MANAGER

We're on the hunt for an exceptional sales professional to join our wholesale team as a Sales Team Lead. If you have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, hiring and training employees, and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve aggressive sales targets through cold calling, in-person demonstrations, and strategic account management

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand our customer base, and increase revenue

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling

Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to drive sales growth and innovation

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on the tobacco or cannabis industry

Proven track record of success in sales team management, including recruiting, training, and motivating sales teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

Must be technologically proficient
