We are a wholesale eCommerce company specializing in women's apparel, seeking an in-house account executive.
The position can be full-time or part-time, with duties including, but not limited to:
- Answering incoming customer calls, emails, and requests for information
- Making outgoing sales calls and sending emails
- Entering sales orders, processing orders, and preparing them for shipping
- Preparing for and potentially participating in trade shows
Qualifications:
- Sales or customer service background, or relevant work experience
- Impeccable phone etiquette
- Proven track record of successful teamwork
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results with limited oversight
- Comfortable working on a computer
Preferred (not required):
- Existing clientele in women's apparel
- Bilingual
- Experience with selling on marketplaces such as Amazon or Walmart
