WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will bring product samples directly to our customers’ homes and guide them in selecting the best window covering solutions to meet their needs, style, and budget. You’ll take precise window measurements and provide accurate on-the-spot estimates. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your measurements and for following up with customers to resolve any order-related questions or issues.
To maximize your income potential, availability during some evenings and weekends is important, as many homeowners prefer appointments outside of regular work hours. You will serve customers within a driving radius of approximately 30 miles from the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas.
COMPENSATION:

Earn 10% commission on the gross sale of every job you close — plus additional performance bonuses and reimbursement for gasoline expenses.
Our average in-home sales consultants earn over $50,000 per year, with high achievers earning $85,000+, depending on ambition and appointment volume.
