The Role
Color & Styling Assistant—but don’t get comfortable.
You’ll train with purpose, not busywork.
By month five, you’re running 10 models a week. Cut. Color. Confidence.
We don’t do “forever assistants.” That’s not our story.
You Belong Here If:
You’re happy, kind, and obsessed with hair.
You’ve got a CA cosmetology license (fresh out? perfect).
You’re all in—Tuesday through Saturday, with room for the wild cards: shoots, house calls, whatever it takes.
