About the Role
As a DEN Groomer, you will:
- Provide high-quality grooming services, including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail care, with a focus on fear-free and stress-free techniques.
- Use holistic, organic products to ensure the safety and health of dogs' skin and coats.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a well-rounded, wellness-focused experience.
- Create lasting relationships with current clients or build a new clientele in our supportive, professional environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing grooming space.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience with a strong portfolio.
- Fear-Free Certified: Or a commitment to obtaining certification within 90 days of hire.
- Passion for Wellness: Understanding and appreciation for holistic and organic practices.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering impeccable results and personalized care for every dog.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage positively with clients and educate them on grooming and wellness.
