Experienced instructors only, no newbs.
You must be exceptionally organized.
You must be trustworthy to even be considered and pass a criminal background and reference check.
Most importantly, we have to get along well, and you must get along well with all team members, staff and students.
Be willing and available to work on holidays (not needed all the time).
You will need: To learn and teach the schools system - paid training will be provided. Pass an instructor and skill test within 3 months
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Have at least two years of teaching experience
Black Belt in a traditional Martial Art (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, etc.) is a Bonus
Must have above average energy, have a big personality, passionate about teaching, a fast learner, a team player, no ego and charismatic.
Hard working, self-starter & motivated! Must have patience & work well with all levels of students
US work authorization (Required)

JOB DUTIES
Preparation, organization and lesson planning . Delivering the curriculum of the school.
Responsible for keeping students on track for testings & grading.
Keeping daily accurate attendance records and contacting MIA students.
Training and delegating to assistant instructors.
Responsible for daily upkeep and maintenance of the school throughout the day.
Assist with daily operations including intro lessons & private lessons. Student and customer service.
Conduct rank testings

COMPENSATION & OTHER
Compensation: $16.50 - $60 hourly after 3 months paid training.
Part time. Possibility of Full time
