Job description

Position available for a multi-service salon company. Must enjoy and excel at sales offerings, and have a charismatic, friendly personality.

Full time position for a career -minded person.

We are a SUMMIT SALON.

We carry exclusive beauty brands such as: Kerastase, Shu Uemura, Oribe, Unite, Milbon and Schwarzkopf.

This position is up to 25 hours per week.

Training normally takes about 3- 4 weeks. We are looking for long-term commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Opening and closing procedures: cash count, printing reports, set up snacks, coffee, etc.

Be flexible to work at either location

Answer multiple phone lines

Booking appointments and managing the books accordingly

Greet clients and make them feel welcome: offering coffee, tea, or water

Must be punctual and responsible with all shifts (reliable transportation a must)

Able to build great work relationships with clients and co-workers

Provide product knowledge to clients

Respond to emails and assist Manager/Owner with social media

Responsible to archive daily retail goals for the team

Be able to participate in classes when attendance is required.

Hourly pay based on experience in addition to an employee discount on services and retail.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
