Front Desk Staff

New Parkour Gym is seeking an admin assistant and front desk staff.

As a Front Desk Employee, your duties will include:

Greeting members and providing excellent customer service

Answering phone calls and responding to emails

Checking in members and ensuring they have proper access to the gym

Assisting with sales and marketing efforts to promote the gym and its services

Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area

Responding to member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Handling member inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records of gym attendance and membership status

Assisting with scheduling appointments, classes, and personal training sessions

Enforcing gym policies and procedures

Assisting with basic cleaning tasks, such as wiping down equipment and restocking supplies

Handling emergencies, such as medical emergencies or equipment malfunctions, and contacting emergency services if necessary.

In addition to these duties, you may be required to perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. Some of the duties may include-

Square Retail: Checking inventory, product management,

Cleaning: Organizing front desk materials, wiping/sanitizing materials

Schedule Admin: Managing the office and online calendar

Events/Camps: Overseeing the sign-in process for members during events/camps
