Rejuva Medical Aesthetics is a premier cosmetic surgical and aesthetic center that provides the most up-to-date procedures and treatments to correct, enhance and revitalize the appearance of people living in and around Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Brentwood. Under the direction of double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Kian Karimi, along with his team of aesthetic professionals, combine exceptional skills and extensive experience to deliver the most natural and beautiful results possible.
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual who has a passion for aesthetics, a strong work ethic and is interested in a long-term position. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in customer service and can work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. This position is the first face and voice of our practice, both in-person and over the phone, so going above and beyond for our patients is most important.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet all patients upon arrival with warmth and a smile
Effectively communicate patient arrivals to Medical Assistants
Answer and field all incoming calls with a confident and supportive understanding of aesthetic procedures. Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, reward programs, facility features, and hours of operation.
Manage the daily schedule. Accurately book, change, and cancel appointments.
Check patients in and out.
Assist the Director of Client Programs with assigned tasks
Manage incoming or outgoing deliveries and or mail
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock of waiting areas, front desk, and employee break areas
Provide administrative support as needed to the practice
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of at least three (3) years of front desk experience in the medical aesthetics field required.
Extensive customer experience required.
Education:
BA/BS Degree in a scientific, health-related, or business administration program, or equivalent combination of education plus work experience, is preferred.
Compensation Based on Experience.
