Ideal candidates will bring:
Prior experience in reception or a related role
Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on warmth and positivity
An unshakeable work ethic: punctual, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Excellent written English, including grammar and spelling
A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Confidence with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
Comfort with laptops and mobile devices across multiple platforms
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Bonus points (not required):
Japanese or Spanish language skills
