Room is 10 x 12 (120 sq. ft.), has one wall of large double windows (equipped with blinds and curtain rod only), 2 walls are painted a light color with a darker painted accent wall. Flooring is carpeted. If you are in need of a quiet, beautiful, stress-free environment to work and thrive in, this room is a must see! Massage therapist has been renting long-term for the last 7 years and is currently in room, so updated photos are unavailable at this time. The first 2 room pics are for staging purposes but rents out unfurnished.
Rental includes utilities (water, trash, electric, a/c, Wi-Fi) and inside camera surveillance/alarm for safety/protection.
Shared spaces are: front lobby/ waiting area, front desk space and office closet for storage, linen closet in hallway for storage of supplies, break room (featuring a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle and pod coffee maker) and bathroom. Also includes cleaning supplies and bathroom toilet supplies but does NOT include the actual cleaning of shared spaces. Cleaning of shared spaces determined based on daily usage and agreed upon mutually between us. Access is full-time (24/7), you set your own hours and schedule. Parking is free on street and in adjacent shopping parking lot.
