Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and understanding their nail care needs.
Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements while ensuring high standards of sanitation.
Stay updated on nail care trends and techniques, including color theory, to offer informed recommendations.
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance, promoting products and services effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
