Parise' Nails & Spa is seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and artistry, providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail services while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in customer service and attention to detail will help create an enjoyable experience for our clients.
Duties:
- Perform various nail services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, Gel-X, Dip, Nail Art, Nail Repairs, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the spa to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Nail Technician license or certification as required by California state regulations.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in nail services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in eyelash extensions, waxing, or facial treatments is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
