Hey there Older man (mid-60's), seeking one friendly trainer-type for morning workouts (8am or so) 3X per week. Looking for 45 minutes of slow and steady progress, leading to a brisk walk w/ light calisthenics, to reboot my out-of-shape body after a long sedentary stretch. I'm easy-going, prefer a female but open to all on a fixed income, can pay $35 per session. Thanks!
