Our pet grooming salon is currently seeking a passionate and experienced pet groomer to join our team. As a pet groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to dogs and cats (optional) of all breeds and sizes.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing a full range of grooming services such as bathing, trimming of nails, brushing, and haircuts. Each shift has a bather but occasionally the groomer would have to wash their own dogs
Grooming pets according to breed standards or customer specifications
Cleaning and maintaining grooming equipment, and keeping the grooming area tidy and hygienic
Communicating with pet owners to ensure that their pet's grooming needs are met and ensuring a positive customer experience
Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in your care
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in pet grooming
Knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be a team player and work well with others
