We are looking for a skilled Mobile and Apple Computers Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of mobile devices, including mostly Mac Devices, smartphones and tablets, and will be working at our Premium location in Los Angeles store at the USC Village.
The successful candidates will be highly organized, goal oriented, self disciplined and strive to achieve customer satisfaction by providing prompt in-house, on-site service, as well as timely workbench analysis and repairs. Applicants with background in Apple iPhone, MacBook, iMac & Operating System, and are Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) will be highly considerer.
This position will:
Work in a repair-shop environment helping customers fix their devices.
Repair Mac Screen Replacement , battery replacement , keyboard replacement, motherboard replacement, iPad, iPhone, and other Android devices.
Component upgrades/replacements.
Virus/Malware removal.
OS Reloads.
Experience is necessary.
Conduct diagnostics and carry out repairs on a variety of mobile devices.
Troubleshoot software issues on Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac OS operating systems.
Replace or repair damaged parts such as screens, batteries, and charging ports.
Use soldering tools to perform equipment repairs.
Deliver top-notch customer service and effectively communicate the repair progress.
Keep precise records of repairs and repair parts inventory levels.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
