Providing guidance on the installation, maintenance, and use of technical systems.
Backing up data, upgrading IT systems, and installing new software or hardware.
Documenting and creating procedures, templates, and best practices for technical support.
This role requires someone who is patient, enjoys problem-solving, and can stay calm while working through challenges with users.
