Monday to Friday, 8:00 am- 4:30 pm
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Customer Support
Coordinate with customers regarding sales orders, delivery schedules, and other related matters
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
General Product Recommendations.
Customer communications and info management
Engage in communication with clients based on the information and guidelines established by the supervisor.
Record and update customer information, special requests, etc
Process new order email: Checked the availability of the inventory, replied, and confirmed with the client.
Process backorder: Recording, following up, and updating the backorders, to ensure the backorders ship out on time.
Process blanket order: Recording, following up, and updating the blanket orders, to ensure the backorders ship out on time.
Shipments follow-up: Tracking package status to ensure the package is delivered and updated on the Shipment Tracking sheet.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred
Outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills (In-person, through phone calls, and email communication)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
