Our Roving Maintenance Technicians are experienced in various trades and labors and leverage that experience in concert with a personal commitment to excellence in order to provide best-in-class service to the various communities we proudly serve.Job Summary Maintenance Technician Level 3:As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of home appliances across Los Angeles region. This role requires a skilled technician with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering superior customer service.General Duties and Responsbilities:The following essential functions are typical for this position. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed functions and/or may be required to perform additional or different functions from those below, to address business needs and changing business practices:Appliance TechDiagnose and repair home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and microwaves.Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of the problem and the steps needed to repair it.Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timelines.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Keep up to date with the latest appliance technology and repair techniques.Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all repairs.Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.Service Provision and ProductionWork Order Management: Complete daily work orders in accordance to Pan American Standards by troubleshooting breakdowns, identifying solutions, and gathering supplies.
