Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on developer/IT professional with strong experience in FileMaker Pro. The ideal candidate will help us manage, optimize, and enhance our existing databases, while also supporting other IT functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and improve FileMaker Pro databases to support business workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with FileMaker Pro and related systems.
Collaborate with staff to customize solutions that improve efficiency and reporting.
Provide IT support for day-to-day operations (software, hardware, and network troubleshooting).
Implement best practices for data security, backup, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
Proven experience with FileMaker Pro development (design, scripting, layouts, integrations).
General IT support knowledge (Windows/Mac environments, networking, troubleshooting).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus: Experience with APIs, cloud integrations, or other database platforms.
