Hello, we are an independent media company for best selling romantic drama/fiction authors.
We are working on adapting our best selling books into vertical 1 minute episodic romantic drama short soap tv series.

We are are looking for both:
1. Director
2. Creative video editors/film assistants to join us long-term!
Ideally, you have a passion or background in video creation or filmmaking, along with experience in video editing.
You’ll help manage key aspects of video production.
You will be using AI tools such as google Veo, kling, and sora 2 to assist with this.
Responsibilities:
Generate cinematic short-form videos based on provided scripts or story ideas
Assist with editing, trimming, and enhancing video clips for pacing and tone
Create or refine AI video prompts, storyboards, and visual sequences
Add transitions, captions, sound effects, and background music to enhance storytelling
Review and refine video drafts to ensure emotional and narrative flow
Preferred Skills:
Background or studies in filmmaking, editing, or content creation
Strong understanding of storytelling and emotional pacing
Experience with ChatGPT, Google Veo 3, Sora 2, CapCut, Premiere, Runway, Pika, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable writing or refining short dialogue scenes
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ideal For:

We will start with an initial pilot, but this role has an opportunity for long term steady project flow.
