A newly funded research initiative is seeking experienced Film, Video, and Audio Editors to support ongoing creative research and content development projects. These remote contract roles combine professional expertise with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation.
Film & Video Editors: Use your industry knowledge to design and refine questions related to professional editing, storytelling, and production workflows. Compensation $60-100 hourly. Minimum of 15 hours per week. We currently estimate that this project will last through the end of 2025 and quite possibly longer.
Audio Editors: Edit and mix dialogue, music, and sound effects to produce clean, dynamic, and engaging audio for video content. Compensation $45 per hour. 20 to 50 hours per week for at least several weeks or more.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of full-time experience in film, video, or audio production.
Strong creative judgment and familiarity with professional workflows and tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Pro Tools, Audition, or similar).
Reliable desktop or laptop setup (Chromebooks not supported).
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
