We’re a well-established post-production company specializing in tape archiving, video/audio editing, master QC, closed captioning, and media deliverables. We’re seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is interested in growing as our company expands.
This is more than a front desk job—it’s a key client-facing position with exposure to the inner workings of the entertainment and media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude
Manage phone and email communications; route inquiries to appropriate departments
Schedule client orders and track project progress using work order management software
Enter and maintain accurate client and project information
Coordinate between departments to ensure client needs are met
Follow up on orders to ensure timely, accurate completion
Perform administrative tasks: data entry, document preparation, purchasing office supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure security procedures for facility, clients and materials
Ideal Candidate:
Customer service or CSR/PM experience preferred
Friendly, approachable, and proactive
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Interested in growing within the company
Able to lift 20 lbs when needed
