We are seeking a dedicated Assistants to join our team for an upcoming theater production to be showcased at the prestigious Hollywood Fringe Festival. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in theater production and add to their IMDb credits. We can guarantee that you will be working with a great team and be part of a quality production.
Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
-Assisting the production team with various tasks as required.
-Providing support during rehearsals and performances.
-Helping with administrative tasks related to production management.
-Coordinating and ordering food for rehearsals. Picking up food for rehearsals as needed.
Benefits:
-IMDb credit for your contribution to the production.
-Coffee, drinks, and meals provided during rehearsals.
-$100 will be paid directly to you at the beginning of the rehearsals to cover gas and transportation expenses.

Rehearsals: April 30th, May 7th, May 14th, May 21st, May 28th, Between 12pm-5pm
Tech Rehearsal: Friday, May 24th, 5:00pm-9:00pm
Dress Rehearsal: Sunday, June 2nd, 5:00pm-8:00pm
Preview: Sunday, June 9th, 5:00pm-9:00pm
Show #1: Friday, June 14th, 6pm-8:30pm
Show #2: Saturday, June 15th, 6pm-8:00pm
Assistant for Art Department:
Responsibilities:
-Assisting with set design and decoration.
-Supporting the set designer in various tasks.
-Providing general assistance to the art department team.

-Controlling ticket distribution and ensuring accurate entry.
-Assisting with the check-in process when audiences arrive.
-Assisting audiences in finding their seats and ensuring they are seated comfortably.
