Hi everyone,
I am seeking a small team of dedicated individuals to join my production company.
Immediately, however, I need a cameraman for a shoot this Saturday who is also able to edit and give me the footage ASAP. It’s for a Realestate show. It will be shot in Long Beach. Sorry it's last minute but we just had the house released. It's basically those home videos you've seen on Youtube.
Looking ahead, on the other hand, I am searching for a talented Cinematographer, Editor, and VFX specialist to form a solid, creative bond with. These roles are very crucial to the vision I have planned.
This new company I’m forming will be based from downtown Los Angeles, but the heart and base of this company is abroad for a niche community. I aim to produce a range of low-budget projects, from reality shows to short films and eventually feature films. Out here, for an advanced audience, these projects will look and feel low budget; but abroad, with the right talented team, they will be high budget, and awesome entertaining projects.
The ideal candidates should be flexible, able to travel, back and forth from and to LA. And be very ready to embrace the adventures of filmmaking like no other.
This opportunity is very real, though the initial pay will be modest until we start generating real revenue. We will scale up gradually. I need highly skilled and technically proficient individuals in, again, cinematography, editing, and VFX. When it comes to the DP, someone that can almost answer any question in relation to cameras, shoot using any camera, Alexa, Red, Sony, heck maybe even film. An editor that can edit with ease and create cool graphics, make something dramatic or hip like MTV. And then the VFX person, very important to help us create worlds when we can NOT be on real location, with his or her direction help us build a warehouse in which we can create huge green screens for our company. In addition, for (VFX) - Familiarity with AI for modern storytelling tools is a significant plus. Sora, Mid-journey, green screen, you name it. We need guys willing to be part of knowledge transfer and do it while making projects for all these global PLATFORMS that are hungry for content. Also the right candidate will also be passionate about teaching and guiding others.
Oh, and one more thing, if you're the best but have a huge ego, this might not be the project for you. I need talent but I want it with easy to work with energy.
This is what I think is needed to start but as we progress we can also add on to the expertise including production design, wardrobe, etc, etc.

Be motivated by the projects that we will create.

Additionally, your technical insight will be invaluable because with your direction and guidance I will be investing in equipment, from cameras to editing computers and VFX needed software. Let the adventures begin.
