Seeking a trustworthy and reliable Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate would be an honest, positive, hardworking individual who is familiar with a variety of aspects of the film industry. Must be able to work a camera/iphone, with some knowledge of lighting, and editing. Social media savvy, posting, deleting, and content creation. Job location is in Koreatown. Hours are somewhat flexible but at least 8 hours a week. Must be able to switch from one task to another easily.
Fri/Sat (2 days/week) 4 hour shifts (or T/Th afternoon as an alternative)
Social Media savvy, remove/construct/post social media content
Shoot video (knowledgeable with camera, basic editing skills and use of film/photo/enhancement apps)
Knowledge of movie industry. Theatre, TV, entertainment business, agents, casting
Able to convert plays (hard copies) into pdfs and arrange plays/scripts into universal document
General errands (post office, dry cleaning, Coffee/food runs light cleaning/organizing around house)
A Plus…Knows how to consolidate hard-drives and can convert old computer storage onto one (new) harddrive/Computer. Partition one drive to run several OSs.
VHS, mini DVs convert to a digital file (or ability to find an outsourcing company to do it).
Post & manage selling clothing, electronics, various items on OfferUp, Etsy, Poshmark, etc.
Correct papers.
self-tape reader, procuring theatrical agent work, composing letters to casting directors
Can work with agenda and prioritize tasks
Schedule appointments, answer emails.
To sum up… a GSD (Get shit done) person.
