We’re seeking reliable, energetic Production Assistants to support a large-scale music event in Downtown Los Angeles. This is an overnight event with a fast-paced production environment.
Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025 & September 14, 2025 (several shifts)
Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Rate: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Support load-in and load-out of equipment and vendor areas
Help manage artist and vendor check-in
Assist with guest line management and crowd control
Perform on-site production tasks as directed
Stay responsive and flexible during a fast-moving event
Requirements:
Must be punctual and professional
Able to lift 30 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working overnight and outdoors
Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction
Previous event production experience is a plus but not required
