W2 employee position (not 1099)
Flexible schedule – you set your availability, we schedule around you
401k program
Average pay around $30/hour (paid per assignment)
Company-provided and maintained equipment (DSLRs, drones, 360 cameras)
In-house editing team – you just shoot and upload
Requirements:
FAA Part 107 Drone License (REQUIRED)
Reliable car + insurance
Friendly, customer-focused personality
No experience in real estate photography needed — we train you
