Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a part-time post-production producer to work with our senior editorial commercial team. This position is primarily focused on commercial/digital media content and can be done remotely. If you are based in or around the Los Angeles area, that's a plus, but not a requirement. The hourly rate for this position is $50.
Responsibilities:
The post-production producer will be responsible for scheduling, responding to emails, setting up Zoom calls and phone calls, charting schedules and meetings on Google calendars, coordinating with clients and in-house post team, and assisting the head of the editorial team in other administrative tasks such as following up with meetings and going over notes/content before and after meetings. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the post-production world, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Candidates who have worked in the commercial world are preferred, but not a requirement. Other qualifications include:
