VIDEO EDITOR + FILMER (Santa Monica – $25/hr CASH – ONSITE ONLY – Hiring ASAP)
Entrepreneur with multiple growing brands is hiring a part-time video editor who can also film.
This position is ONSITE ONLY in Santa Monica — no remote work now or in the future. Please apply only if you can work in our office 2–3 days per week.
We are preparing to shoot the pilot for a newly rebranded YouTube channel focused on:

real, raw behind-the-scenes growth
It’s an authentic, high-energy channel built around showing the real journey — business, health, personal improvement, and the grind of becoming successful again from scratch.
We're looking for someone passionate about editing and filmmaking who wants to grow with us. We’re willing to invest in the right person.
PAY (FIRM STARTING RATE):
$25/hr cash to start (non-negotiable for the first phase)
2–3 days/week
Long-term growth, bonuses, and potential profit-sharing once we build momentum together
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Film the entrepreneur in-office (talking head, lifestyle scenes, walkthroughs)
Edit long and short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
Help launch and shape the new channel from day one
Support editing across several existing channels
Add captions, graphics, pacing, and storytelling that feel modern and clean
Organize and manage footage
Use our in-office editing suite + basic equipment (phone, gimbal, drone, lighting). Bringing your own DSLR is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Solid editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, CapCut)
Able to film with phone/gimbal or DSLR
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Must work ONSITE in Santa Monica — no exceptions
Comfortable around a dog
Passion for entrepreneurship, self-improvement, lifestyle, or creative media is a big plus
