Call only between the hours of 9am and 2pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

Active ACO or ACE Card: Must possess a CA BSIS Alarm Company Operator or Alarm Company Employee card. This requires live scan fingerprinting and comprehensive Federal, State, and Local background checks.

Experience: Proficient in either burglar alarms, cameras, or both.

Tools & Transportation: Must have an insured reliable vehicle, ladder, and necessary hand tools.

Compensation:

Pay: Average $100 per 1-hour service call.

Growth Opportunities: Commission for equipment upselling, new system commission, and monthly bonuses on RMR for sales.

Job Details:

Most service calls are straightforward, quick, and require no attic or crawl space work.

PT/GIG Hours: Flexible schedule. You provide your availability and required lead time (the shorter, the better). We’ll set appointments with customers, confirm with you, and provide the work order. Average 1- 2 alarm service calls per week for average $500 - $1000 per month to start.

Area: Mainly San Fernando Valley to Pasadena

Alarm Services to Perform:

1. Battery changes on wireless sensors

2. Replace battery in control panel

3. Clean motion detectors and other sensors to prevent false alarms

4. Remove and replace failed sensors

5. Programming – add sensors

6. Install new sensors

7. Use programming guide, install sheets, phone support, tech support

Alarm.com Cameras:

1. Install WIFI cameras

2. Add SG130 Smart Gateway and W115 Smart Chime

LTS Security Cameras, DVRs, and NVRs:

1. Set customer with PT Cloud connection and LTS Connect app

2. Troubleshooting: network connection, cable testing, camera replacement, NVR replacement

3. Reset lost password, perform programming through tech support
