Outdoor Elements is an industry leader with an outstanding portfolio of design and locally manufactured Louvered Patio Covers servicing Southern California, based in San Diego. Our manufacturing company is looking for a full time experienced Patio Cover Carpenters and Crew.
This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
Looking for steady workflow of work can be provided 12 months of the year.
Independent - Ability to self-manage, plan production and stay on schedule
Dependable - Ability to meet production deadlines
People-oriented - Comfortable interacting with staff, clients and labor
Adaptable/flexible - Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve
Detail-oriented – Ensures quality installation and all boxes checked in a responsible and safe manner
Someone who would like to add patio cover installation to their portfolio of skills
We are looking for Quality 2-3 man crews and hourly Carpenters.
Requirements:
- Have your own tools and Truck a Minimum of 5 years of experience for crews you must have experience working with Aluminum Patio Covers and Low voltage lighting.
- Drivers license and transportation a must.
- Positive attitude with good communication skills and be courteous to the home owner.
- Drug free work place this includes marijuana
- Must have clean background record
