Position Summary: Works to complete the printing production of decorated garments. The individual in this role is responsible to print high quality garments, with a high degree of efficiency to process the workload timely and consistent with equipment output standards for thru put while reducing misprints leading to waste.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with Printing Manager to plan and organize scheduled work
Support Press Setup and Operation
Must know logo placement for all size garments.
Production of Shirts in a Timely Manner
Manage press resulting in High standard of quality with a GREAT EYE FOR DETAIL, resulting in near zero defects
Maintain a Neat, Clean, Well Organized Work Area by returning all work materials at end of day to their appropriate location, sealed and out of the way.
Can handle heavy duty schedule and duties, when required.
Knows how to print on automatic screen-printing machines

Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
2+ years’ experience in Manual Press Setup, operation, automatic press setup and operation
Must know logo placement for all size garments
