2. Foreman:
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the auto body shop, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
Requirements: Strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of auto body repair processes, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Prepper:
Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
Requirements: Experience in vehicle preparation, familiarity with paint shop processes, and meticulous attention to preparation details.
4. Detailer:
Responsibilities: Clean and polish wax and buff and color sand vehicles, both interior and exterior, to showroom standards.
Requirements: Experience in automotive detailing, knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
6. Dismantler:
Responsibilities: Disassemble vehicles to assess damage and prepare for repairs.
Requirements: Experience in vehicle disassembly, knowledge of vehicle structures, and the ability to work efficiently and safely.
