Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Ability to analyze and accurately interpret blueprints, customer drawings, and industry specifications.
- Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and skilled in using various inspection tools, including micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to apply mathematics effectively in job functions.
- Capable of accurately applying shop math to daily tasks.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, speaking, and writing.
- A collaborative team player who communicates well at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to stand for 90% to 100% of the shift.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Centerless Grinding machines, including through-feed, in-feed, or cam-out setups.
- Select appropriate grinding wheels, blade support, and dressing techniques for both wheels, and determine speed and operational sequences.
- Utilize precision measurement tools for quality inspections.
- Maintain an excellent attendance record, including punctuality.
