Tech One Construction Inc., a commercial construction company operating across multiple states since 2004, is seeking a dedicated, full-time Construction Service Coordinator to join our Montclair, CA office. We value organized, team-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. We are looking to add an additional member to our growing team. This is an in-office position M-F (no work from home).
Responsibilities:
- Manage and assign incoming facility work orders to team members.
- Schedule and provide technical guidance to in-house and vendor technicians, both in-office and over the phone.
- Coordinate and schedule facility maintenance appointments with customers.
- Assist in pricing and submitting work order proposals.
- Adapt to evolving duties as the role develops.
Requirements:
- Construction knowledge or hands-on experience in multiple construction trades.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to learn and use company software platforms.
- Availability for on-call duty every 4th weekend of rotating schedule, to handle emergency calls and schedule appointments remotely, as needed.

General Information:
- Location: Montclair, CA
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (additional hours may be required for emergency calls). On-call very every 4th weekend of rotating schedule
- Preferred: Bilingual in English/Spanish and construction experience.
