We are looking to hire people to work in the Los Angeles & Ventura County areas.
Fouts Electric Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking to hire well-qualified, Electrical Journeymen and Apprentices. We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Journeyman & Apprentice Electricians who are looking for job security and the opportunity to grow with our company.
All Journeyman applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1. Hold a State of California Journeyman Electricians card, have a pending test date.
2. Minimum of (5) years in the Commercial/Industrial electrical trade.
3. Hold a valid California Driver’s License.
4. Must be a legal U.S. Citizen or be authorized to legally work in the U.S., and speak fluent English.
5. Must have all hand tools required for the electrical trade.
6. Working knowledge of electrical principles, codes and commercial construction.
7. The ability to read and interpret Architectural, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical plans.
8. Must have good interaction skills with the ability to work as a team.
9. Must agree to pre-hire Drug Testing.
10. All candidates must be in good physical shape and be able to lift up to 50lbs to perform the duties of this position.
11. You must have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
All Apprentice Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of (2) years’ experience, no less in the Commercial/Industrial electrical trade.
2. Must have valid apprentice certificate/current Electrical Training Card or be enrolled in a California approved Apprentice training program
3. Hold a valid California Driver’s License.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
5. Must be a legal U.S. Citizen or be authorized to legally work in the U.S. and speak fluent English.
6. Basic hand tools for the electrical trade.
7. Must have good interaction skills with the ability to work as a team.
8. Must agree to pre-hire Drug Testing.
9. All candidates must be in good physical shape and be able to lift up to 50lbs to perform the duties of this position.
WAGES & BENEFITS: This is a Full-Time Hourly Position. We offer competitive wages based on experience, Health coverage, Paid vacation, and Paid holidays.
Please keep in mind that qualified applicants will be attending the interview process in Moorpark, CA. If hired, applicants will be assigned to work at the project where the current manpower is needed.
