Construction Manager (Small-Scale Projects)
We’re a small development company focused on creative, small-footprint projects — including remodeling existing buildings and installing temporary/mobile structures like container units.
We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for managing permits, coordinating contractors, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring quality work is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Pull and manage permits
Schedule and oversee subcontractors
Monitor timelines, materials, and job site progress
Communicate with city departments and inspectors
Track costs and report project updates
Requirements:
Experience in construction or small-scale development
Strong understanding of permitting and inspections
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Able to manage multiple jobs at once
