Position Summary
The Contract Technician is responsible for performing professional car wrapping, PPF, and window tint installation according to company standards. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a small team environment.
Essential Functions
Perform vehicle wrapping, PPF installation, and window tint application with precision and care
Prepare vehicles and surfaces (cleaning, measuring, trimming, and surface prep)
Use installation tools and equipment safely and effectively
Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools
Log daily activities and report project progress to management
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Follow company safety procedures and comply with all workplace standards
Assist with inventory control or material tracking as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in car wrapping, PPF, or window tint installation preferred
Must have legal work authorization to work in the United States
Basic English communication skills required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 70 lbs for extended periods
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Compensation
Pay is negotiated in person, based on workload per contract, skill level, and experience
Compensation may be structured per job, per project, or per hour, depending on the agreement
