Be able to multitask, handle jobs, attention to detail, good communication, can think outside the box, good driving, team-player, knowledgeable with new units such as VRF, Heat Pumps, Mini Splits, Wine Units, tech savvy with WiFi thermostats, low voltage wiring, setting up "apps" for programming, works well with others.
Technician Position Summary:
Troubleshooting, diagnostics, service and repair, you will be primarily responsible for performing repairs, maintenance on a variety of equipment including: air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, mini splits, hermetic compressors, commercial / residential VRF units, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and more!
Knowledge of the basic steps of how a unit works, able to find and fix problem and resolve issues not the symptoms.
Installer Position Summary:
Installation of a variety of equipment including: air conditioning, heating units, mini splits, hermetic compressors, heat pumps for commercial / residential VRF units, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and more!
Be able to know what materials are needed to keep up the progress of the installation.
MUST HAVE CA driver license
Experience of 2 years is required
