Experienced Pest Control Sales Representative

As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales growth. Your role will involve prospecting new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and offering customized pest control solutions that meet their needs. You will work closely with our technicians and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients while maximizing sales opportunities. If you're a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively seek new business by identifying potential clients in both residential and commercial markets.

Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our pest control services.

Consultative Selling: Assess customer needs and provide tailored pest control solutions to address specific concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets in our CRM system.

Follow-Up and Closing: Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with Technicians: Work closely with field technicians to ensure clients receive high-quality service and timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven sales experience in pest control or a similar industry is preferred, but not required. We are open to training the right candidate with a strong sales background.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Customer-Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Time Management: Ability to manage a schedule, prioritize tasks, and follow up with prospects and clients efficiently.

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Pest Control License: A pest control license or the willingness to obtain one is preferred.
