SCOPE OF WORK:
Install and apply water proofing membranes coatings and other systems according to project specifications & industry standards.
Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate waterproofing solutions for different structures and environments
Collaborate with Project managers, engineers, & other team members to develop comprehensive waterproofing plans and strategies.
Perform surface preparation including cleaning priming and repairing substrates to ensure proper adhesion and durability of waterproofing materials.
Operate & maintain equipment and tools used in below-grade waterproofing installations.
Monitor and Inspect waterproofing installations to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to waterproofing systems including leaks & moisture intrusion.
Keep accurate records of materials used work performed and project progress.
Stay current with industry trends best practices and advancements in waterproofing technology
Provide guidance and training to junior staff members as needed.
