Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Facilities Maintenance Technician for an immediate start in El Segundo, CA.
IMMEDIATE START
PAY: $27 - $29/hour, based on experience
HOURS: 6:00 AM to 2:30 pm
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 6+ Months
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work within the facilities team to support the maintenance of all buildings
Assist in the reorganization of campus and moving desks
Assist with small-scale electrical projects
Maintain restrooms, paintings, plumbing, and general maintenance
Repair, patch, and paint walls
Assist in waste removal and material recycling
Conduct site inspections as assigned, identify, and recommend areas for repair
and upgrade
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in facilities management
Drywall patching, painting, electrical, plumbing or HVAC – ideal candidates to have
Related job experience in more than one area
of focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with working across multiple teams
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Must be open to travel between 2 locations
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have PPE
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
