Job Title: Full-Time Gardener/Janitorial Maintenance
Location: Glendale and surrounding cities, CA (occasional work outside Glendale based on urgency)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Gardener/Janitor to assist with property upkeep and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining landscaping, handling janitorial tasks, and assisting with other property-related needs as required.
Responsibilities:
- Lawn care, trimming, and plant maintenance
- Sweeping, cleaning, and general janitorial duties
- Minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Assisting with urgent property upkeep as needed
- Traveling to different properties in Glendale and occasionally outside the area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in gardening, janitorial, or property maintenance
- Must have own tools and a reliable truck
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
