Role Description

Throne is seeking a talented and experienced service technician who will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs that address electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or construction related issues. As the lead technician in Los Angeles, you will provide on-the-job support to other technicians, prioritize daily tasks, and assist with training & onboarding of new technicians. This role requires a strong background in plumbing, electrical work, construction basics, and remodeling, along with specific abilities such as reading electrical schematics and testing electrical components.

What You’ll Do

Identify, troubleshoot, and repair Thrones on-site as issues arise.

Prioritize and assign tasks to yourself, and other field service technicians.

Utilize your expertise in plumbing to repair or replace components as needed.

Apply your knowledge of electrical systems to diagnose and resolve problems.

Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to guide installations and repairs.

Conduct tests on electrical components to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Collaborate with teams to provide feedback on product improvements.

Maintain accurate records of work performed.

What You’ll Bring

Required

A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields.

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and diagrams.

Demonstrated ability to use tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of testing procedures.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work varied hours and a valid driver's license.

Nice to have

Certification or license in a related field.

Experience with smart technologies or IoT devices.

Experience in the portable sanitation industry.
