MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREEN
Duties:
- Respond to daily Facility ticket request.
- Assembles and moves furniture, office equipment, hangs pictures and office boards.
- Setup large and small events.
- Ensures proper use of tools and assigned machinery and reports any concerns to supervision.
- Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy ana operations.
- Complete daily and monthly checklists to ensure the safety of the facility.
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with building and agency staff.
- Keys and rekeying
- Keep stock of inventory
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED in addition to a minimum of (6) years recent experience.
This position is a temporary assignment up to 6mos.
A valid CA DMV
Schedule: Mon-Fri (6:30a – 3:00p).
