A well-established residential construction company is seeking a skilled professional with at least five years of experience in various construction trades, including:
Tile installation
Painting
Haul a small trailer/ dumpster with your truck
Drywall
Light carpentry
Troubleshooting and resolving various construction issues
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent driving skills with the ability to haul a small dumpster to waste management sites and transport it between projects using your own truck, must have tools
1 year of construction experience needed
Tile experience
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Proficiency in using power and hand tools for tile cutting and shaping
Knowledge of using straight edges, levels, and squares for precise tile alignment
Experience with waterproofing, membrane installation, and other surface preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Speak English and Spanish
Minimum ten (5) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
Must own the necessary tools and have a reliable truck
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Full-time availability / part-time can be discussed
