Our client is seeking a full-time, entry-level Property Manager with strong handyman skills and working knowledge of multifamily plumbing systems. This is a hands-on hybrid role ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys managing properties while also performing light maintenance work. You’ll act as the main point of contact for tenants and ownership, ensuring that daily operations and building upkeep are handled promptly and professionally.
In this role, you’ll conduct detailed move-in and move-out inspections, communicate regularly with tenants, follow up on rent collections, and address urgent property issues as they arise. The right candidate will have solid experience with basic plumbing tasks, including toilet and faucet installations, valve replacements, and leak troubleshooting. Additional duties include minor drywall repairs, door and hardware fixes, basic electrical work, and light HVAC adjustments.
Familiarity with local building codes and habitability standards is essential, as is the ability to respond confidently to time-sensitive repair needs. This position requires travel between multiple properties, and the company provides both a car allowance and a complete tool set to support your work in the field.
We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to advance their career in the field of property management. Prior experience in residential maintenance, construction, or the plumbing trades is a significant advantage. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a hands-on role, and wants to contribute to the care and operations of multifamily housing, we want to hear from you. Apply now and take the next step in a career that rewards initiative, accountability, and skill.
