Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Electrical Foreman who can also take the lead in sales and client relations. The ideal candidate has both strong technical skills in electrical work and the drive to help grow our business through estimating, quoting, and closing jobs.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on residential and commercial projects
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed
Prepare estimates, proposals, and bids for new and existing clients
Build and maintain customer relationships and generate new business leads
Ensure all work meets NEC standards and company safety policies
Coordinate materials, schedules, and labor for efficient project completion
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience (foreman or lead preferred)
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read blueprints and job specs
Sales or estimating experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
