WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee and lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC installation, and a proven track record of leading and training a team of installers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
Oversee the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment in accordance with safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer instructions.
Coordinate and manage multiple installation projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and customer expectations are met.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure the proper installation of HVAC systems.
Perform site assessments and evaluations before installation to determine system requirements.
Ensure all HVAC equipment is installed efficiently, safely, and according to industry best practices.
Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior installers to improve their skills and promote a team-oriented environment.
Conduct quality control checks on installations to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.
Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
Communicate with customers about system performance, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service, and equipment used.
5-7 years-experience as an installation technician
2-3 Years of supervisory experience in HVAC field
Have industry-specific tools
Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Physical ability to perform the tasks associated with this position
